Small, clean, attractive room, with TV, and a large bathroom. The shower worked really well and so did the air conditioning. You can open the windows, and it does not get too loud at night. Breakfast is included and it is a pretty good spread - meats, cheeses, rolls, yogurts, cereals. Very short walk to the Manzoni Metro stop, and about 15 minutes walk to the Colosseo. The front desk staff were courteous. We arrived in the early morning, and they let us leave our luggage behind the desk until check-in time, and they let us know about restaurants and shops convenient to the hotel.

Unique Qualities: There is a gated garden area in front with a small fountain, which is nice for sitting. The gate is locked at night and so is the hotel front door (you use your room key to get in), so it feels safe. There is also apparently a rooftop patio where you can enjoy the view of the city, although we were not told of it and did not find out until after we checked out!
