I found Dragonfish Asian Cafe in Portland to be very reasonably priced compared to what I'm used to. The service was somewhat slow. You can make reservations, or order on line. A nice option if you are staying downtown.

Favorite Dish: I had the Orange Peel Beef - made with asparagus, snap peas, green and red peppers and cashews. It was wonderful. It only cost $13.45. My whole dinner was close to $30 including a wonderful side of California Roll sushi and a beverages.

Address: 909 SW Park Ave
Directions: It is in the same building as the Paramount Hotel, a Coast Hotels property (there is also a Dragonfish in Seattle). The Paramount Hotel is at 808 Taylor.
Price: US$21-30
Rating: 4
Theme: Pan-Asian and Pacific Rim
