There are many shops ...the prices vary greatly from shop to shop I noticed, so try to know what you want to spend and what the price should be. My VT friend Fouads gave me a little guide or arabic numbers so I could read the prices of things in arabic....so i carried that little piece of paper with me when i walked around the shops...
What to buy: I bought a few shirts.......beautiful embroidered tissue box covers, really nice ones , and two pieces of embroidered fabric that look really nice on my sofa in my living room....
What to pay: The tissue box covers, i think i ended up paying $ 3 i think for each one......basically try to get the price cut in half or better.
