Favorite thing: The butcher gets delivered a whole beef. As no car can come here, it is brought on a small cart and weighted with a Roman brass scale hung in front of the shop.
He was OK for the photo, but without him and I had to hurry up because he would not leave the carcass hung to the scale for long !
