The Camposanto in Pisa was built on top of some soil that was taken there from the Holy Land by crusaders.
The Camposanto was the last building of the square and was finished in the 15th century.

You need a sperate ticket to enter the "Museo del Camposanto Vecchio"
It is open daily between 09.00 a.m. and sundown, in summer 08.00 a.m. till 07.40 p.m.

Directions: The entrance of the Camposanto is between the Duomo and the Battistero
