  Nasi Goreng Dabai
by mansionion

The nasi goreng dabai is just like other fried rice commonly found else where. It is plain fried rice served with fried egg and crackers. However, what makes it different is the salty taste of "dabai" that is part of its ingredients.

Dabai is a type of nut commonly found in the forest of Sarawak. A piece of dabai is about the size of a piece of groudnut and it is black in color. Its the salty taste of the dabai that make the nasi goreng dabai taste a bit different.

Favorite Dish: Nasi goreng dabai.
