Tower Bridge is what you picture when you hear "London Bridge." London Bridge is just a regular bridge nowadays, but Tower Bridge, near the Tower of London, is the London landmark over the Thames.
The high-level walkways that allow pedestrians to cross even while the bridge is lifted (which happens over 900 times a year) also give visitors an excellent vantage point over the city. The "Tower Bridge Experience" gives you an inside view as to how this "bascule" bridge works and was built.
