Yong Tau Foo is very special foods in indivdual characters. Each one is a character by itself but to put together to eat in hot soup. You can add Kuey-teow or rice to eat as main dish or just enjoy the YTF. YTF is a food made of fish meat, it is to cut a hole in the Tau-Foo and then insert some fish meat into. Other than Tau-Foo, many choices in bitter gourd, fried Tau-Foo, lady's finger, brinjal, dumpling, etc. YTF needs to eat with good chili sauce and sweet sauce. Chopsticks or fork spoon both welcome.
