Ring of Fire: "Spice Things up in West Eugene" Top 5 Page for this destination Eugene Restaurant Tip by lareina

Eugene Restaurants: 59 reviews and 47 photos

From the exterior you might not think much of the Ring of Fire restaurant, especially because it isn't in the most esthetically pleasing area of Eugene, but walk inside and your senses will make it apparent that this is a great place to eat Thai cuisine. The aromas drifting out the front doors are enchanting. We had exceptional service in both the bar and restaurant and were quite pleased (and stuffed) with our meals.

Favorite Dish: From the bar: The melon or berry infused kamikaze cocktails are amazing and the scratch margarita has some kick with the tequila soaked lime and jalapenos. Try the Volcano if you are in a group.
From the kitchen: The sweet potato tempura with plum sauce is an excellent appetizer. I always take a yellow curry as an entree, but the phad thai is good too...it is always so hard to choose! The coconut ice cream is a must for dessert!
