I'd hoped to really see something special here, but it turned out that the EAPH is pretty far west, in a neighborhood that is pretty questionable. Do like I did and show up when its closed, its easy, snce its only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays and even then only for a few hours and not guaranteed.
Unique Suggestions: Call 410-396-7932 before you go. In theory they are open noon until 3:45. If you don't, what I show you in this picture is really all there is to see.
