The Museu d'Art espanyol conteporani in Palma has been formed out of an 18th Century Mansion.
The Entrance hall and stairway have been carefully preserved, but beyond that it follows the convention of many modern exhibition spaces by being a series of whites boxes in which the outpouings of various diseased minds are arranged.
The first room is however of special note as it contains a couple of Miros, a Picasso and a Dali.
I especially liked Miro's "the Perroquet"
