"A MUST See!!!" Musee Rodin - Rodin Museum Tip by Chasinraynbowz

Musee Rodin - Rodin Museum, Paris: 139 reviews and 302 photos

Let me start off by saying, I am completely in awe of Rodin and his work, so I may be a bit partial! Get there early enough to tour the gardens and the museum. They were closing at 5pm ON THE NOSE and escorted everyone out, so we had to return the next day. (That museum pass is a wonderful thing!!)

Rodin sculpted The Thinker (see pic), The Kiss (my favorite!!), The Cathedral (wonderful hands), The Hand of God, The Burghers of Calais, The Gates of Hell, and many, many more. I missed seeing The Idol, another favorite of mine.

The D'Orsay also has some of his work on display.
