Hey tourists, do you know you can actually rent a room or apartment for say 2, 3 or up to a year in Malaysia.

I would sugest you rent a room by paying only RM250-RM500 for a nice comfortable room. This way you are living inside local Malaysian's house but renting a room must self provide at least a bed, blanket, mosquito coil, water boiler, etc. Normally you pay one extra month of deposit so its RM600 if your room is originally RM300 per month.

Renting Apartment is more troublesome as you must look for an apartment with full facilities otherwise you have nothing but just a blank square spaces. Renting apartment has to pay two month's of deposit, that's a rule.
