We tried to climb the famous Burdah Bridge but got afraid because of the very narrow and steep paths... We returned.
This pictures is mad on one of the 'easier' bridges

(Wadi Rum is some 90 kms south of Petra and can be reached by bus. You may have organised trips with the bedouins for 2 days (one night in a bedouin tent). The rocks (jebels) are spectacular and the colours are magnificent.
You can see Lawrence of Arabia's well, Nabatean prehistoric inscriptions and climb the rocks...
Don't forget ro bring lots of water)
