The Zaisan Memorial was build during the Communist era of Mongolia and it sits on top of a small hill south of Ulaanbaatar. You can have a beautiful view of Ulaanbaata and the Tuul River from Zaisan. One of the landmarks of Ulaanbaatar, the Zaisan Memorial is in a circle shape with beautiful paintings of the Communist ideology on the inner side of the circle structure.
