The Reclining Buddha is over 45 meters in length and just barely fits in the building holding it. Its face was to me the best part. It has this half smile, "I am the coolest Buddha around" kind of look. The Buddha is resting on his right side with his hand holding his head. As you enter the building holding the buddha, you will be given the chance to purchase a handful of little coins for a very small donation. As you walk around the feet of the Buddha, you will come across little jars that you are supposed to toss in the coins bit by bit. The end result is supposed to harmony and happiness. Being as though I was happier than any point in my life, I guess it works!
