Twin Falls is one of my favorite stops along the Road to Hana and a destination that's not to be missed while you're on Maui.

Just past Mile Marker 2 on the Road to Hana, you'll see a small dirt parking lot and a fruit stand. Pull over here. You'll have to jump the small fence to start on the trail. Follow the path through the pasture about a half a mile. You'll hear running water and see small markers pointing you towards the Falls.

The waterfalls are great for swimming, but you'll need to walk through knee-high water to get up to the waterfall. Wear water shoes, because there are sharp rocks on the bottom of the stream. Make sure you bring along a towel as well.

Be sure to wear BUG SPRAY here. There are definitely mosquitos in this area.

Directions: Just past Mile Marker 2 on the Road to Hana.
