  U Modre Boty-Little Quarter
by bpwillet

The interior of this restaurant was bright and yet very old. Most of Prague has been raised to stop the negative effects of flooding over the years. Most of the restaurants that appear to be on the street level are actually beneath it. This was another "cellar-like" restaurant that seemed very quaint. The service was good and they were very friendly.

Favorite Dish: I had never tried Czech cuisine before I came to Prague. I have been missing out. The meat dishes are very well prepared and sometimes are swimming in sauces. Their dumplings are great too. This restaurant even has some vegetarian alternatives which are also quite good.

Address: Mostecka St.
Price Comparison: about average
Directions: Just as you cross Charles Bridge into the Little Quarter it will be on your right hand side. There will be a folding sign on the street as you pass by. Continue downstairs.
