Nature really kicks in here in the Park. Forming part of what is known as the 'Red Centre' of Australia, to say that the population and development is thinly spread is an understatement. Thus we see nature in all its glory, including the most spectacular of skies. Whether its sunset, moonscape, stars that you feel you should be able to read by or even simply watching a weather formation moving in, the clarity of vision is extraordinary. This is a serious 'big sky' part of the country. And those sunsets......
