One of my favorite culinary memories of Angkor was going to the little food stalls in front of the main entrance to Angkor Wat. This is before the moat, across the road,in the back. You won't be able to get 10 feet from your Tuk-tuk, without being accosted by the little children telling you they have the best food. Just pick one quickly, so as not to hurt feelings, and follow them to the back. Meals are a bit pricier than normal for Cambodia, but still dirt cheap. If you are going to have fresh fruit, I would recommend buying a bottled water to wash it off with.

You will be surprise how good Cambodian pancakes are!!
