Although Rome only has two Metro lines (namely linea A and linea B), we found the public transportation in Rome very well organized and helpful.

There are trams, buses and minibuses that will take you to every place you want to!

A single ticket costs 1 ? and you can use it for 75 minutes.

A daily ticket costs 4 ? and you can use it until midnight of the day of use.

A weekly ticket costs 16 ?.

Tickets can be obtained at vending machines, in kiosks or tabaccherias.

Make sure to stamp the ticket as soon as you get into the bus or tram!
