"Kenneth Eugene Clodfelter Memorial Bridge" Mechanicsville Transportation Tip by b1bob
Mechanicsville Transportation: 1 reviews and 1 photos
Small town America likes to commemorate its local heroes. Hull Maintenance Technician 2d Class Kenneth Eugene Clodfelter was one of the first casualties in America's war on terror. On 12 October 2000, nearly a year before the 11 September 2001 disaster, Clodfelter and 16 of his colleagues were killed when their ship, the U.S.S. Cole, was bombed by terrorists in harbour in Aden.
