  Heading north toward Stratford-upon-Avon
by Bwana_Brown

As with almost all of our drive around southern England, the views were very pleasing as we meandered along the secondary highways. Here, at the upper end of the Cotswolds Hills we could look out over the green fields below. Later on, when we had finished with Stratford-upon-Avon and were headed south toward Bath, we encountered our first snow storm of the trip. It was actually very scenic driving through the large flakes as we wound along high up, looking out over green fields and with the sun shining off in the distance. This went on for about 20 minutes before we drove out of the snow squall.
