The Santa Cruz church of Sevilla was originally located at the Plaza de Santa Cruz. The french wrecked it in 1811 and it was placed in the building of the Clérigos Regulares Menores del Espíritu Santo. Building started in 1665 by architect José Tirado and took until 1728 .
In 1840 it was modernised and in 1929 the facade was remodelled.
