"Koningsplein (King's square)" Koningsplein - King's square Tip by filipdebont

by filipdebont

Coming from the Royal Palace, the King's Square is just around the corner.

This is a nice square designed in Louis XV-style and it is located on the Coudenberg.
Like this you have a great view in different directions.

In the middle of this square you can see the statue of Godfried of Bouillon, The Crusader.

At the Koningsplein you can also see the beautiful church of St Jacob on the Coudenberg. (behind the statue)

Address: Koningsplein
Directions: Off Rue de la Régence, Rue Montagne de la Cour, Rue Royale, Borgendaalgang, & Naamsestraat
