Probably the most famous park in Norway, and one of the bigest attractions you've probably found a lot of tips here on VT. Still heres some more information.

The Vigeland park and the Vigeland Muesum contains sculptures from Gustav Vigeland (1869-1943). You can read about his life and work at the link below, so I'll hold my horses for now.

The park is free for anyone, but the museum costs something. I'm affraid I've forgotten what I paied to get in.

Directions: Take the subway to Majorstua. Walk south on kirkeveien, and you'll soon be there.
Alternative: Take tram from the national theater.
