As I said in my Palace of Justice tip, from the hill where that enormous building stands you have a great view over the city. Especially when the weather's good. As you can see I wasn't so lucky. But you can clearly see the Kapellekerk (that's that church) and the tower of the town hall (at the right in the picture). It may not be the nicest of views, Brussel having quite a bit of ugliness, but you do get a good look at reality.
