This little museum in the town of Roslyn is a gem for museum and art afficienados. It has exhibits of 19th and 20th century American and European Art in a variety of medium. There are also special exhibits that are presented several times a year. Examples of past shows include Napolean and the Life and Times of Theodore Roosevelt. Also on the premises is a formal garden which is lovely in the Spring. And there are modern sculptors too. There is a small admissions fee. Check website for special exhibits, hours and directions.

Most Recent Special Exhibit featured life-sized sculptors of images from Impressionistic paintings created by J. Seward Johnson. (See photo)
