Village of Mosty u Jablonkova was located along Highway 11 (E-75) in northeastern corner of Czech Republic (click here) almost at the border to Slovakia and close to Poland as well. This region of Czech is called Morava which is historical name of that area with its main cities of Olomouc and Brno.

Highway 75 or E-75 (E means European) is one of the main European north-south highways although it didn't look like it there :-).
It goes from northern Norway (almost North Cape - the northernmost point of Europe) to Athens, Greece. It crosses... one sea (Baltic Sea - car ferry Helsinki - Gdansk), 9 countries (Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia and Montenegro, FYR of Macedonia, Greece) and... my hometown Tychy, Poland :-))).

I drove this highway many times but exclusively in and south of Poland. And I stopped a few times by Hotel Beskyd restaurant in Mosty u Jablunkova to eat there. There was small parking lot across the highway.
The newly constructed part of highway E-75 goes a little west of the village since 2001 or so which makes the place less visited by transit travellers and more quiet :-). You must follow direction signs to Mosty u Jablonkova to get there from E-75.
