""New times" advertisings" Mosty u Jablunkova Off The Beaten Path Tip by matcrazy1

by matcrazy1

In, say before 1990, there were almost no advertisings painted and fixed to local, neglected buildings except - sometimes funny - communist slogans like for example: "Soviet Union and Czechoslovalia - friendship forever" or "Soviet and Czecholovak army always together fight against American imperialism" etc. Haha, nobody took it seriously that time, I think. Btw Soviet style economy with NO real competition didn't need any advertising in real.

It started to change in early 90'. So you can see quite a lot of advertisings painted and put on local buildings like Pepsi and Pilsner Urquell (Czech beer brand produced in... Tychy, Poland as well) seen on my picture.
