Favorite Dish: A close up of rice porridge I had. Still think the Cantonese style rice porridge in Hong Kong tsate better, but this is not bad though. Locals love to put fish sauce, soya sauce and lots of chilli into the porridge, making it salty and spicy. I prefer plain.
