Congee Wong: "Piping Hot Congee for Winter" Congee Wong Tip by Samanlee

Congee Wong, Toronto: 3 reviews and 2 photos

Crowded during meal times. There is always a line
Coming from HK I was hoping the taste would be similar to HK style "tea restaurants"but its still lacking a bit of flavour
But prob. the best in Toronto if you want simple Chinese food that comes with Rice or Noodle.
Disappointed with the Beef Curry - its more malay style than HK/Jap style that was expected

Favorite Dish: Chicken Congee
Seasonal Green Vegetable fried with Garlic
Fried Lo Bok Go - Turnip Cake

Directions: 3 Branches: 2 in Markham & 1 in North York.
Price: US$11-20
Rating: 3
Theme: Chinese/Dim Sum
