Prospect Point is a good place to go to view the Lion Gate Bridge, Burrard Inlet, and the North Shore Mountains.

Prospect Point is an historical First Nations Indian lookout site situated at the highest point in Stanley Park.

In 1888 on the rocks below, the HMS Beaver hit ground and sunk on it's maiden voyage for the Hudsons Bay Company
