"Snorkeling" Water Sports Tip by 7h0rn

Water Sports, Key West: 18 reviews and 27 photos

I went out with the Sebago group - one of the largest and a "best bet" group according to people who live in Key West - "best bet" in that they tend to have more happy people getting off the boat then upset people.

It took about an hour to get out to the dive spot... and it wasn't the warmest day... but once we got into the water, all the lectures and time and cold and anxiety were worth it. I took 170 pictures underwater. The visability was pretty good.

Equipment: Take a towel, sunscreen, camera and tip money - everything else is provided.

I brought my own mask and snorkel and requested to use the open-heel fins - which are a lot more comfortable (to me).

Directions: Marina at the end of Duval St.
Theme: Scuba Diving
