Restaurante Nuevo Leon: "A bit overated???" Nuevo Leon Tip by MJB123

Nuevo Leon, Chicago: 2 reviews and 3 photos

Of the seemingly millions of mexican restaurants in Chicago this is one of the most popular among Mexicans.
The exterior of this place is very colorful and festive and you come in with an expectation that you are in for one big pachanga.
Once inside, however, what you have is basically a local no frills Mexican diner.
All in all, an (only) okay dining experience.
Afterwards you can go to the Mexican Cultural Museum nearby.

Favorite Dish: Enchilladas con pollo y mole. My favorite mexican dish!!!
