Beautiful bridge over Urumea Ibaia. The fantastic pillars are on the both side of the bridge. When you pass it on the left bank of the River, first you'll see Fountain on Plaza del Bilbao, and continuing through Alfonso III Street, you'll reach Buen Pastor Cathedral.
