  Lesser-Town Bridge Towers

This is the gateway as seen from the bridge.
Of the two towers, the lower one is in Romanesque style and dates from the 12th century. It is a remnant of the older Judith Bridge. The higher tower is 200 years younger and was erected in the 15th century.
This give a strange feeling. The monument appears irregular, but it was because I was actually seeing two monuments in one, and feeling again the lovely, chilling wind, too.
