I do not play golf, but the Windmill Resort has a course and this is the information on it:

Course Description

This hilly nine hole executive course will provide a real test of golf with water hazards coming into play on eight holes. The course was closed for construction in the fall of 1995, and a hurricane delayed the reopening until the spring of 1997.
