In a quiet location, very clean, plenty of hot water and the nicest hotel staff. They couldn't have been sweeter, always bringing me tea and making me feel safe and comfortable. I miss them very much.
There is an internet cafe across the street and cheap tasty restaurants abound.

Unique Qualities: Comfortable bed with fresh ironed sheets. Quiet. Pleasant. Budget priced. Amenable to travelers. The owner, English speaking, is a good source of information regarding the region.
