Erected in 1932 as training school for the Red Army officers, the PRESIDIUM once served as the headquarters of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet & now houses a few of the departments of the Russian presidential administration.

This is one place where you might chance upon Pres. Putin. But b4 you get close to it, be prepared to be searched, if you indeed manage to get close to it!
