'Cart Noodle' is a local way to have lunch or supper for Hong Kong people. It is originated by street vendors that pushing a cart with different 'favors' to choose. You can choose and order whatever you like from the counter and they will cook and serve immediately in front of you. Normally, we will choose one kind of noodle and 2-3 different kind of food. If you have the courage, you may even try different part of pig's or cow's internal organs!
The shop showed in the picture was famous for serving PIG'S LARGE INTESTINE and COW'S PENNIS!!!!!!!!!!
