"Hotel on the Park" The Plaza Tip by Agraichen

The Plaza, New York City: 1,983 reviews and 27 photos

I told my wife I had to go to NYC on business and would be staying at The Plaza. She actually beat me to NY since I had to travel with business partners.

The Plaza is like what used to be The Ambassador in LA. It is an institution. Just the right amount of snobery, friendliness, and if you're living there, THEY KNOW....

Unique Qualities: The Oak Room is by far one of the more unique character parts/flaws of The Plaza. As a place where you can "be seen without being seen" the service is wonderful and the food, though overpriced is great.
