If your visiting 'Side' and you are looking for a small snack. I would suggest to go for a pide.

PIDE is a local flat bread baked on a hot plate. The ladies are standing outside with their equipment to bake for you this tasteful delicacy.

Favorite Dish: Of couse it wouldn't be in Side if the locals have adjusted the ancient recipes for the tourists. You can have them with many flavours , almost like pancakes now.

I still prefered the traditional one with spinach and cheese

Comparison: least expensive
Directions: Take the path from the left if you are facing the sea by the Apollo temple.. here one after another the restaurants offer pide... Nice terraces to enjoy the sea and the food. Have a great time.
