"First impressions" Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Things to Do Tip by matcrazy1

We drove to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska from Krakow late afternoon - before sunset on rainy, business day and despite of it we noticed a few buses full of people.

Walking from the parking lot we noticed the huge, impressive building of the basilica, located on the top of the hill.

Address: Klasztor OO. Bernardynow, ul. Bernardynska 46
Directions: From Krakow drive E77 16 km (10 mi) southwards (direction: Chyzne, Zakopane), take exit to Highway 96 (direction Bielsko-Biala), turn left (follow the direction sign) in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, drive a few kilometers up to the hill.
