A few months after moving to Outremont I discovered a wonderful family-owned grocery store on Du Parc. I always refer to it as "Bob's Store" because it's run by a nice Pakistani man named Bob. He speaks at least 5 languages and is one of the friendliest people I've met in the city.
What to buy: In addition to a wide assortment of fruits and vegetables he also stocks a wide array of different kinds of food from around the world. If you're thinking of preparing something "ethnic" then this is the place to come for your ingredients!
