  Chicago Brauhaus
by Dabs

We tried the Chicago Brauhaus for lunch as we wanted to spend a little time walking the neighborhood and go into a few of the stores. The weekend lunch menu is the same as the dinner menu so it was a little expensive for lunch but perfectly reasonable for dinner. Another good reason to go for dinner is that they have live music and dancing.

Open 11 am-midnight Mon-Fri (closed Tuesday), 11am-1am Sat and Sun

Thanks to fellow VTer Dlandt for this recommendation, he has great taste in restaurants (not to mention VT friends)

Favorite Dish: We tried Sauerbraten, chicken schnitzel and beef roulade, all were good. The spatzle that comes with several of the entrees was excellent and the potatoes with grilled onions were also quite good.
