There are many bus services running between Singapore and KL. This is one of the better ones - Aeroline Bus Shuttle. Check out their website. Their pickup points are very well-located.
In Singapore, they are at the Grand Copthorne Water Front Hotel which is at Kim Seng Road, 7 minutes by car from Orchard Road. (Aeroline used to depart from Asia Hotel at Scotts Road, but have moved to the new location recently).
In KL, they are located along Jln Ampang / Corus Hotel, a short walk from KLCC and Petronas Towers.
Prices are reasonable, and first class service.
