"9/11 Memorial" Battery Park Tip by arv1

Battery Park, New York City: 99 reviews and 166 photos

when in NYC, i stumbled into Battery Park because i was walking down Broadway and could see the Hudson River (i think) so i wandered to the end. there, i saw the Statue of Liberty, even though it was really far but i felt like i was truly in NYC. as there are so many souvenir stalls, i wandered around and overheard someone asking where the 9/11 memorial is and it was in this park! so i managed to see two things i wanted purely by accident
so Battery Park is an excellent place to visit!!
