This place was recommended to me by a young woman I met on the train to Innsbruck out from Vienna. Thank you, Joanna!! I would never have found "Lichtblick" on my own. It's on the roof of a modern "shopping arcade" in the center of Innsbruck - the only to get there is by elevator from the middle of the mall. But what an agreeable place it is, taking full advantage of its 7th floor location to offer great views of the mountains all around. Full table service inside, and a deck for those warm days outside - both cafe and restaurant menus available.
