You still need to get to Pulawy first , probably by train (or bus), and then you can take public transportation bus line.

From Pulawy PKP train station (PKP = national railway) take bus line #12 , but be prepared to have to wait for it 30-50 minutes, depending on the time of day (the buses go more frequently in rush hours).

The same city bus #12 goes also from the Pulawy PKS bus station (PKS = national bus transportation), if you intend to get to Pulawy by bus.
